ERD Ltd has broad, in-depth experience with controls and power electronics used in Water and Wastewater Treatment. We have developed many repair test systems for both custom equipment used in the industry and the types of more generic electronics we receive from them.
Trojan UV4000 system
Our main type of custom equipment is specifically for the wastewater UV treatment equipment. We have developed a full test of the entire Trojan UV4000 system, as well as a full testing process on the smaller systems such as the UV3000. At ERD we have a full UV4000 system setup which enables us to fully run any part of the electronics used in the system. We have repaired over a thousand of the main UV bulb ballasts and hundreds of the other controls used in the system.
Cutler Hammer, Telemechanique, Allen Bradley and ABB Pump Controls
For more general equipment we have repaired a large number of pump controls for manufacturers such as Cutler Hammer, Telemechanique, Allen Bradley and ABB. We have the in-house capacity to test 500hp motor control products and have the experience to provide on-site service on motor systems with up to thousands of horsepower.
PLC and Scada Products
Additionally, ERD provides services for PLC and Scada products. These units are typically found in lift stations out in the field or in the central plant for a water system. We have repaired hundreds of these units for companies nationwide.
