Earning a degree in both Electrical Engineering and Philosophy may seem incongruous to most people, but it makes perfect sense to Glenn Flaherty, President, and Owner of ERD, LTD., Inc. Glenn has employed this unlikely marriage to create a highly successful industrial electronic repair business. Combining his extensive knowledge of electrical concepts and physics with superb critical thinking skills, Glenn has pushed ERD to the forefront of the technical services world. These qualities are essential in the diagnosis and repair of aging legacy electronic equipment for which OEM support and/or documentation no longer exist.

As a life-long tinkerer and electronics hobbyist, Dudley has over 15 years of professional experience in industrial electronics and automation. Dudley oversees repair production and manages ERD's team of talented technicians, along with playing a role in repair and test process development. In his off-time, Dudley enjoys repairing old typewriters and making things.

Kenyon Crotts is is the Marketing Leads Specialist. He attended Coastal Carolina University and the University of North Carolina Greensboro to major in Hospitality and Resort Tourism.

In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, hunting, and watching sports.

Kevin joined ERD in 2018 as our Parts Manager.  His experience with previous employers helped him excel in that position and he has progressed through the ranks to also hold the title of ERD's Office Manager and currently serves as our General Manager.  He has held roles in customer service since 1998 and has served in various roles of management since 1999 in both Operations and Customer Service.

He enjoys spending time traveling with his wife of 21 years, being a parent to his 2 teenagers and serves in children ministry at his church.

Luke Gentry is the Logistics Supervisor.  He is in charge of shipping, parts, and accounting.

Whenever Luke is not working, he enjoys golfing, spending time with my family, and playing/watching sports.

Alexandra is a skilled communicator with over 15 years of customer-facing customer service experience.  She has a BA in English and MA in Literature.

Alexandra is an avid reader, writer, lover of dogs (especially Penny), and travel. She enjoys adventure, humor, music, and good company.

Allison came to ERD from a corporate background in Customer Service, Account Service Management, and Vendor Compliance. As the Human Resources Manager, she implements systems for managing staff benefits, payroll, behavior, and onboarding new employees.

When she is not worrying about her fellow employees electrocuting themselves, she enjoys gardening, crocheting, and spending time with her horse.
