Industries We Serve
Semiconductor
ERD repairs a number of electronic controls and motor controls used in a variety of semiconductor processes including CMP, Lithography and Ion implant. With our capability of working on ultra high voltage power systems we are the best choice for full semiconductor fab support.
Cruise
ERD has extensively worked on a variety of products in over 100 different cruise ships and has the capability of repairing in a number of systems found on the cruise ship. From the propulsion systems to the onboard hvac room controls and even the kitchen with industrial sized cookers we have worked on all the main systems found on a ship.
Power Distribution
ERD has made the investment in portable equipment that allows our staff to work on both low and medium voltage systems both in-house and in the field. Whether it is a large scale power backup system to a distributed switchgear panel we have the capability and staff to figure out a solution to any power distribution problem.
Heavy Construction
ERD began our heavy construction work on Komatsu dashboard controls and worked out to a wide range of control modules found in a vast range of construction equipment. We routinely work on equipment such as skid steers, dozers, excavators and a wide range of concrete road equipment.
Machining
ERD began in the 1990’s supporting a number of machine tools used in industry. From Makino to Okuma we were able to support the large number and variety of controls and motor controls found on modern cnc and specialized equipment.
Manufacturing
Manufacturing of goods involves a number of devices that can be configured for multiple uses with the modern motor control as a primary example. ERD started supporting these VFD controls at the beginning of their use in industry and we continue to develop new technologies of motor controls as they are developed.
Engine Control
From the Ford package ecu’s to the CPC4 used for overall control of a Freightliner Cascadia ERD has developed a number of mobile platform repairs over the past couple years with great success. As we move forward with new models we also refine our test capabilities and can serve many more engine control systems.
Water/Wastewater
From water pump controls to UV disinfecting systems like the Trojan UV4000 ERD has been there to support both public and private water and waste water industry clients. We have an extensive record of support for UV systems and have a number of uv test systems in place for full testing system parts.
